Is there an issue with xbox in game voice chat? Mine doesn’t seem to work since Unlocked and Loaded came out. I’m wondering if this is a known issue or not.

It’s been reported and ackowledged, but I don’t see it in fixes or known issues.

Is this false information limited to some specific weapon types? Or is it a new issue?

I’m surprised I haven’t seen anyone else mention this bug, but since the hotfix any time I go to check my penances my game just crashes now. Tested multiple times and on different characters. Even tried approaching Hestia physically instead of going through the menu, which oddly played her cutscene again.
if they can’t give you a public answer it means they are probably discussing about it behind the scenes, they did the same with the 12.5 meters for close range

because it says power swords, but it actually does that with every melee weapon with a special activation

This is a great suggestion to you cant do it with brain burst/ soul blaze combos. I did a build and had to do assail and a lot of wasted slots because it was on the right side instead of left. So I fully support this.
So far I think this is the most detailed description of the power sword bug.
All melee weapons with special activation have similar issue, including heavy eviscerator.
When was this change introduced? I haven’t seen this change in any previous patch notes.
Was it introduced this Hotfix but not implemented?
Also if this is to address the issues kinetic flayer’s poor value as a perk, it only does that via a poor bandaid solution, as this still doesn’t mean it is used optimally or that it can be saved.
This also does not change that it is an uninteresting player experience and lacks perfectly easily implementable thoughtful use
I really like Kinetic Flayer, I try to incorporate it into builds when possible (the only blitz I play with is rupture), and it is a pure joy when it procs and saves you in a fight, like when a rager is breathing down your neck and your gun is out of ammo.
would you rather have it be a toggle of weapon special so that your next attack applied the brainrupture with 100% chance, then it activates the cooldown?
Because that way you can get more pure joy when you win in a fight due to kinetic flayer - you swap to brain rupture, hit weapon special, and then swing at the rager, brain rupturing them -and it wasn’t luck and random, but skill.
That’s an interesting idea!
