Vultures dodge does not work against crusher normal attacks. I tested it and this issue happens in regular matches not just psykanium.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
.Play as Hive scum
.Run the vultures dodge talent for the vultures mark keystone
.Proc the talent
.Get hit by crusher (not including overhead as it is expected this would not work)
Reproduction Rate (Required):
Constant (100%)
