Yes yes yes. Some people will get mad about hearing such “bad news” but in the long run you get more goodwill from being honest and transparent. And that will carry more weight for brining more new people in rather than continuing to string along a smaller number of people.

Hello Kitefin! Glad to see you joining in on this journey! I am a passionate fan of Warhammer 40,000 since 1998. That was the era when I learned 3rd Edition and was hooked on the grimdark artwork in the rulebook as it set the tone in contrast from the 2nd Edition artwork (bright primary color heavy metal magazine vibes) even though that was cool too.

Noise Marine fan here (of course they don’t be in Darktide since they are Chaos Space Marines of the Emperors Children traitor legion, the favored of Slaanesh).

As far as being an avid player of Darktide, I seem to perceive myself to be less complaining, more suggesting or requesting as things come along for development. I was thrilled for Mortis Operations because it reminded me of a suggestion I made that dealt with helping encourage more training for players, and we received a whole new game mode that was more than just a training extension. That is very exciting to see, it shows that a more immersive experience that you keep on wantjng to play rather than just use a couple of times and never play again.

My largest request is where we want more of the weapons alas most are moreso for the Veteran: Power Fist, Long Las, Meltagun, Plasma Pistol

For Zealot, wanting Vindictor (the Flamer with Chainsword or Heavy Eviscerator attached to it), maybe allow Meltagun to be available to Zealot as well.

For Psyker, new staff?

My only complaints:

• I’m stuck at Havoc Level 20 and nobody wants to take me to play and win on their team lol
• I want proper Catachan Jungle Fighter cosmetics and haven’t seen any in Commodores Vestures rotation nor at Commissary. Just wanting a green sleeveless tank top or sleeveless flak armor for Veteran at the least
