Hello dear technical staff, can you create an account and save data transfer feature? This feature is quite common in other games. Currently, I’m encountering some strange issues with XGP, but I’ve already invested a lot of time in it. I hope to purchase the new game on Steam and transfer my account over. Can you assist with transferring the account? If not, I have a suggestion: implement a feature where players can log in with their FSk account in the game, and the save data is synchronized with the FSk account. This way, players can purchase and play the game on other platforms.

Hello, I submitted a ticket on the website you mentioned yesterday. May I ask how long it usually takes for the transfer to be processed? I haven’t received any reply yet, and I’m not sure if I can play the game. I’m really frustrated.

Fatshark’s currently sleeping, they’ll be working again in roughly 5 hours or so. In my experience they’re very good at helping players with technical support and they’ll respond pretty fast but save data transfer is something that Fatshark doesn’t actually have working for Darktide. Best they usually do is create a new save file, (re)create your characters at level 30 and perhaps give you a bunch of resources too. I don’t know if paid cosmetics are accounted for.

Oh, thanks my friend. I forgot about our different time zones. If FSK could give me some resources like emery when mirroring the save file, I think that could help me catch up a bit with my progress.
