hello. All of my cosmetics that I bought with shilling have disappeared (except for the last ones I wore, and the ones I bought with Lorner’s Emporium cash purchases).

I played the game until probably the end of December 2022 and then quit. Yesterday, I returned to the game again.

However, when I reinstalled and started the game, it crashed the steam cloud. I chose the cloud saved on my PC, it synced, and after playing with my friends for the first time in a long time, and then i looked at my closet.

And that’s when I realized that the cosmetics I had purchased with literally every cosmetics that I bought with shilling were gone.

I have over 2000 hours of play time and almost ten thousands of unused cosmetics stacked up in reward chests because I can no longer get them.

Can you help me recover this? please help me.

Hi @Vodaque,

I’ve checked your account in the backend but haven’t been able to identify anything out of place. You have full account history dating back to March 2018.

Account progress is stored on our servers, so any issue with Steam cloud crashing would have no implications on your account data/your cosmetics.

As for any account data ever being erased, this is only possible via a verified account reset process, which will wipe an account clean as if starting from scratch. There isn’t a scenario in which only partial cosmetics would have been deleted - so not to worry about that :slight_smile:

The only thing I can think of, is a possible desync with the backend which can sometimes cause things to appear missing (usually DLC content, Shillings etc.). For this, restarting Vermintide 2 (possibly a few times) will usually straighten out any issues.

Otherwise, there’s unfortunately nothing more we could do from our side, as your account data appears intact.

I have had times when my DLC doesnt show up. Iv had to check integrity on my PS5 a few times in the past and that usually fixes it. Maybe try that on Steam too, or even a full reinstall (I know, less than ideal).

Iv always got my stuff back. The worst thing about this is it equips default gear and I have to re-equip anyone that had DLC gear on.
