Is there any fix for missing cosmetics and is it safe to buy from store?

First of, I hope this is all within the rules, I gave them a read, first time posting here.
I’ve looked into the issues with cosmetics disappearing on console which is why I wouldn’t post about it, however the last update I found was last year. I’m hoping maybe there is a way to get them back, I’ve restarted the game and the console multiple times and they seem to be gone forever and my in-game currency isn’t refunded.

First of all I’d like to ask whether it is currently safe to buy the cosmetics from the store (such as the Deathvigil Mask) or if there is a risk this bug may also apply to it

The items I have bought that are missing are “One-Eye’s Revenge” “The vengeful Peacock” “Skullcrest Watchtower” and I had earned the “Scribe’s Watchtower” through one of the chests
Alongside all and any of the standard cosmetics, except for the DLC careers.

It seems that sometimes, whenever I log into the game, they’re all gone.

There is no approximate time since it happened throughout 2 weeks.

Luckily I took a screenshot of me unlocking the Scribe’s watchtower.

Unfortunately, the issue is still ongoing with cosmetics sometimes disappearing for Offline console players.

We implemented and tried one fix before, but unfortunately this was not robust enough. Our backend developers are continuing to try to resolve this issue - though I have been told that it’s far from a straightforward fix

Apologies that I don’t have an immediate solution for you, but please be assured that your cosmetics are not lost, and remain unlocked for your account - and that we are still on the case!
