Xbox: Lost a ton of cosmetics with last update

Hello,

I’m playing on Xbox and after the ToT update, all cosmetics I had unlocked via challenges or purchased with shillings have disappeared from my inventory and the characters. The premium stuff has not been affected, but the 100 mission hats and other stuff is just gone.

Hi @MaxSidetracks,

Just curious, but do you play in Online or Offline mode?

There is a current known bug which can cause cosmetics to appear as missing, and subsequently reappear for some players. Please be assured that your cosmetics aren’t lost though!

This is an issue that we’re working to resolve. Apologies for any inconvenience in the meantime.

Hi @FatsharkLev I am indeed an offline player. Thank you for the update, then I‘ll rest easy.

@MaxSidetracks, thanks that confirms my suspicion as this issue seems to be primarily affecting (if not always) Offline mode players. Hopefully we’ll have this one resolved soon. Thank you for bearing with us!
