Haven't played a single mission since launch

We kindly ask that you complete the questions below. With this information, we can investigate your issue properly.

Issue Description:
Ever since launch day, I’ve been unable to actually load into any mission. The Mourningstar, character ready screen, and the valkyre ride all work fine for the most part. Right when it gets to loading the mission I’m usually met with a black screen, hearing the intro music, and maybe a single frame of the mission if I’m lucky before it gives what I assume is an underside view of the level and promptly disconnects me with either errors 2001, 2003, or 2007 if it doesn’t crash instead. 2001 being the most common. If I’m lucky I can move around and “play” at what seems to be 3fps for a short moment before being disconnected again. I played in the closed beta and the pre-release beta with very little issues, and I was at least able to load into missions just fine. I’ve tried numerous fixes that were offered but they’ve either caused very little difference, if at all, or certain commands/buttons at the end of some guides simply do not exist in my case.

Just curious, do you use a secondary sound card on PCI-E or other? If so, try the one built into the motherboard and let me know if you still crash.
I had the same problem which turned out to be caused by an additional Creative Sound Blaster Audigy 5/Rx sound card after removing the card and switching to the built-in motherboard, the freezes and crashes disappeared completely but the sound quality is crap, so it would be good if the developers did something with this problem

Thank you for reporting, I’ve raised this to our database.
