I’m a gamepass player and since the level 30 it’s hard to find a game with full player without bots.
What can i do ?

Delete your character and create a new lvl 1. Problem solved 
Play on steam.
It is not about you level but difficulty/mission you are playing.
Maybe try usiung quickplay for the diff you are interested in, if not doing that already.
Seems to be matchmaking issues or something a lot of the times, have similar things happening on steam but only occasionally. And then its usually me and some other person together with two bots. After half the mission those two slots magically gets filled all the sudden. Been thrown into missions like that quite often aswell.

What’s happening is Fatshark kneecapped their game and players have either given up or requested a refund until the game is more… complete.
It’s the Gamepass version. My take: Only a tiny part of the playerbase is on Gamepass. There is almost exclusively disadvantages playing it on that service, the low cost of entry being the only upside.
they are saying they are looking into crossplay as it is a hugely requested feature.

Same issue id assumed it was from update rather than hiting 30 trying to do the weekly challenges so reluctant to swap to new character
