Handful of Chaos Wastes Crashes

Been getting some infrequent CW crashes (typically - but not always - in the second last tile of a Citadel run)

Mostly Access Violations with one DXGI DEVICE HUNG:

Thanks for the reports! I’ve raised the Access Violation crashes in our database for investigation in case there is an underlying issue.

Unfortunately, Access Violation type crashes can occur for a number of reasons and identifying the cause usually requires a process of elimination. Unfortunately, we’re not able to determine the exact caused based on crash data alone.
