Guys, do you get dice from chests on boss levels

I’ve only finished about 6 or 7 boss levels so far, but I noticed one strange thing: I never got dice from chests on those levels. Is it just bad luck, or do you get guaranteed 2 or 3 dice, but no dice on level?

Finished skittergate with 5 loot dice. So, no worries.

I’ve found dice in boss levels since the update. It’s a roll of the dice if you find the hidden one’s or not. Pun intended. So you’re probably on a bad luck streak. I’ve been there too.
