Could be havoc.
Could be something to do with Rinda because her name is on that dataslate.
Or it could be something else. If you have the solo mod I do recommend noclipping into the unused areas of the carnival brewery some time.

I think he didn’t go with Wolfer before.
And that she doesn’t know Wolfer = Biron.
And that they knew each other before, before he joined the Inperial Guard and then turned to Chaos (though good poker face on Wolfer for being able to not be found out during the prologue)

yeah I had a feeling it was that cellars area in the video just adorned with idols and green. plus we’ve only had 2 scenarios in the carnival district to every other hab’s 3+. that might explain why their pathing down there got messed up months ago too.
