You can now chain overhead strikedowns on the Mk.4 chainsword with light->heavy loop. The Mk.3 Evis’s heavy overhead strikedowns should get the same loop.
If you push that chains into L4 and H2, though I personally prefer Push > L4 > L1 > Loop as those overheads are faster.
Mk3 eviscerator moveset already feels like the best of all the two-handers to me and I wouldn’t want to see it changed.
Doesn’t that move suck for no reason? It’s completely ass vs the equivalent attack on Mk15 or the regular rev H1. And its a forever long version of the glorious near instant snap the Mk15 has as well.
It really sucks that public opinion (and circumstantial evidence) says that the mk15 is superior because that L1 overhead is 100% what makes the weapon for me. It’s so useful.
Don’t forget the glorious push attack
Yeah I changed over to the Mk III evis last night. Push into H2 is a game changer. Will try the L4.
Previously you suggested a light strikedown as a linker in the horde combo. Good advice but I’m going to try using a rev for that step since it cleaves trash and is now so quick to kill smaller elites that you effectively don’t feel like you’re stuck. Will see how it goes.
Edit: these “push into x” moves have really changed some weapons that were not 100% clicking for me before. I now want them for all weapons that don’t have them. There are also some which have them but it’s not useful like pswords or chaxes which have them but skipping a strikedown forward to another strikedown or a vanguard into another vanguard isn’t that useful.
Been trying to sing the praises of a crit mk3 with shred and perfect strike for a minute. Nice to see an ally.
Even with a suboptimal build against the overturned plasma patrols last night, it was giving the armored enemies the business.
Witness me:
I’m hardly a build crafter so I know there has to be improvements available.
The shotty is mainly for an occasional full bore buff, definitely a flex pick.
It just really feels like the new No Respite and Punish Impiety were made for MKIII.
Blinded by Blood and Against the Odds don’t hurt either.
Jury is out on dropping Good Balance for the extra FotF cooldown node, but kept it for the flex aura option atm.
