Hello,
I use Geforce NOW and since the latest hotfix it keeps giving me and my partner various errors when we try to load Darktide (It works fine when loading other games, and we are using the same internet connection, idk if that is relevant). I don’t really notice any pattern, but sometimes it just loads fine after some tries or restarting Geforce now, resyncing Steam library, reconnecting Steam account, setting servers to auto or a specific server close to us. I can’t really say that any of these things I tried fixes it, because sometimes it just keeps giving errors and other times it suddenly loads fine.
I will upload screenshots, but as far as my experience goes with this, we are usually getting two errors when trying to load the game, or some other issues when the Geforce now session actually managed to start:
- 0xC2720509 - it usually didn’t work at all when this error appeared
- 0xC27A0100 - this is the one that appears the most. The session and the game sometimes loads fine when trying again after this error
- or the session loads but the game crashes with an error message, as seen in the screenshots. Sometimes it gives a crash message but then the launcher still loads in and the game starts just fine.
- Sometimes Steam gives an error saying “An error occured while trying to launch this game: Invalid platform.”
- or rarely it gives some other error code too (screenshotted one)
Is anyone else experiencing something like this?
