Issue Description: I changed my graphics card from Nvidia 1080 Ti to Nvidia Geforce RTX 3060. With the first one, I ran the game for 3 hours without crashes, bad with horrible performance. With the new card, after I click “play” in the launcher, using minimal or recommended settings, it tries to load and it gives me the error I posted below. I tried most fixes, and they haven’t worked. Other games run fine. Error Displayed (If Applicable): Info Type: Steps to Reproduce: Mission Name (If Applicable): Platform: [Steam/Microsoft Store/Xbox] Player ID: Approx.
