Game will not produce any video

Game is as title. When I attempt to open the Darktide launcher all that is there is the play and settings buttons without any of the other feature windows. It’s only visual, as you can still move the mouse and click where each video would normally be.

The game is just as weird a situation. I can still access all of the menus such as to change settings or look at penances, but all video of the actual Morningstar lobby is nonexistent. You can still move around and you can hear the interactions on the voice lines, but no video exists.

All NVidia drivers are updated and no issues are apparent on my end of the computer.

Can you please try deleting the ‘Fatshark’ folder in AppData. (Please note this will reset your custom settings/keybindings which will need to be set up again)

  1. Press the Windows Key + R
  2. Type ‘%appdata%’ into the search field and press ‘Ok’
  3. Locate and delete the ‘Fatshark’ folder
  4. Launch Darktide (deleted files should redownload)
