Game Security Violation (#00000018h)

I have had the game since beta and this is the first time I have had this issue pop up for me. I have closed all RGB softwares I have for my PC, Reinstalled the game, Repaired the launcher/EAC and verified the download and all mods are disabled.

I really don’t know what to do about this anymore

In this situation, it can be helpful to perform a ‘Selective Startup’. A ‘Selective Startup’ ensures nothing other than the essential services are running on your PC, and can help identify whether an application running on your PC is interfering with Vermintide 2. To do this, please:

  1. Press the Windows key
  2. Type ‘msconfig’ and select ‘System Configuration’
  3. On the ‘General’ tab, select ‘Selective Startup’
  4. Deselect ‘Load startup Items’
  5. Reboot your PC
  6. Launch Vermintide 2 as normal, and see if the issue persists
