Issue Description (Required):
While on resolution is set to my native 3840x 2160, after hitting play on the launcher, the game screen pops up to the black screen with the game icon spinning in the bottom right corner. It spins a few times, the animation starts stuttering, then the game crashes with the following error message:

The game, however, will play just fine with resolution set to 1920x1080p.
