Crashing after launching Darktide

  1. Navigate to the Darktide page in my Steam library.
  2. Open the Darktide Launcher.
  3. Click play.
  4. The screen flickers and even changes resolution sizes before crashing.

Hi @Savbio,

I’ve checked your logs and can see two GPU’s for your system

  • Intel UHD Graphics 620
  • NVIDIA GeForce MX150

Unfortunately, both of these are below the minimum requirements for Darktide, and this is subsequently resulting in these crashes when launching.

Darktide Minimum Requirements are:

  • Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
  • OS: Windows 10 (64 bit) / Windows 11 (64 bit)
  • Processor: Intel i5-6600 (3.30GHz) OR AMD Ryzen 5 2600 (3.4 GHz)
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 OR AMD Radeon RX 570
  • DirectX: Version 12
  • Network: Broadband Internet connection
  • Storage: 50 GB available space

Regrettably, I can only recommend submitting a refund request through Steam. Apologies for any disappointment.
