Sorry to hear this. Would you mind outlining which steps you’ve run through with Microsoft Support already?
Ive Cleared Mac Address, Uninstalled And Reinstalled The Game, Did A Complete Factory Reset And Removed All Games And Apps, Still Freezes After 2-3 Matches
It sounds like this is more of a hardware-related issue, I’m surprised Microsoft Support haven’t explored that with you.
Is the console well-ventilated, could it be overheating?
This Is The Only Game My Console Freezes Up With And It’s Been Doing It Ever Since The Game Was Released For Xbox. My Console Is Not Even A Year Old Yet And I Dust It Weekly And It Has Proper Ventilation. Every Single Other Game I Play Runs Perfectly Fine No Issues.
Have you tried blowing on it?
Still Waiting For An Update About My Issue Of This Game Causing My Xbox To Freeze Every Single Time I Play It. It’s Not A Hardware Issue Cause This Is The Only Game This Happens With.
I understand this only happens with Darktide but it is particularly demanding and is likely highlighting a hardware instability which will make itself known outside of Darktide too, which is usually what happens in these cases. I do recommend continuing to press this with Microsoft Support as regrettably there is no way we could realistically address this on our end.
