I would like to report behaviour, that might be a bug in the carry-over of the item progression from old to the new system.
Long story short: I cannot upgrade or modify my weapons.
I have already some hours in the game (since first betas…) and had a lot (definitely majority, I sacrificed countless weapons to unlock blessings) of high-tier blessings and weapons already unlocked. The game therefore awarded me full mastery over majority of the weapon marks.
As you can see in the screenshots, I am not able to sacrifice basically any of my availible weapons.
At the same time, I am not able to modify any aspects on my weapons as both the perks and blessings are blocked.

Features are disabled currently, so you may encounter more issues. We’re on the case.
To ensure a smooth release across all platforms, certain Mastery and Shrine of the Omnissiah features, as well as the Armory Exchange and Melk’s Requisitorium, are disabled for maintenance while the new update is being rolled out.

It’s all good. I’m noticing that my blessings in the mastery menu are filled out already for me? Is that correct? But the mastery progress bar also shows zero progress
