Frustration with playing Ogryn is growing

Got back from the devs that this is actually all working as intended. This weapon is meant to be more focused on Single Target Damage, which is why it has very aggressive damage drop off.

Oh okay, so the explosion on the explosive weapon is supposed to be laughably pathetic and do a fraction of the damage even if you land a shot right next to them. Great. Cool. Very good. Thanks.
