Freeze when game is open at the same time as a video is playing

Issue Description:
Since the new patch update, when i start the game with a youtube video open on the screen everything freezes. It doesn’t matter if i open the game first, the moment i Alt-TAB to the browser with a video playing it freezes my pc.

I don’t know if it will happen to anyone else, but simply having a video on your screen while the game is open should freeze your pc. It only started doing this since the current patch when i made this post.

  1. Play Chasm Logistratum as Ogryn (Skullbreaker)
  2. Attempt to pick up the second Grimoire
  3. Crash

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the darktide_launcher.log in this directory
  5. Upload here

I have an update to the problem. Now whenever i start the game, my entire pc freezes regardless. even putting everything on lowest settings. I don’t know how you’re optimising the game, but it seems to be going backwards. The game ran better during the beta. I’ll try going to an earlier version of my drivers to see if it fixes it,
