Crash when in intro videos (crash after about less than 10 sec after starting game from launcher)

Issue Description:
Game crashes after maybe less than 1 minute from launching it. No crash report window pop up. Attaching consol logs. According to the logs it has something to do with Xbox Live not being available. How to solve?

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload user_settings.config:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide
  4. Locate the user_settings.config in this directory

I would try to exit steam, then try to launch steam as an administrator and see if that helps.

(the xbox live error appears to be a red herring, that’s just the last error reported but its likely the next process is dying but not writing to a log)

Well, tried that, still happens… but even quicker this time, tried to verify game files, restart pc, restart steam, uninstall and install game again. Idk what else to do :frowning:

Do you have a crash report that you could upload here, please?:

  1. After the crash has occurred, a pop-up window prompting you to enter the details of what you were doing prior to the crash will be displayed
  2. Submit the pop-up window
  3. Another pop-up window similar to the previous one will be displayed
  4. Click the ‘Copy to clipboard’ button

Im not getting the pop up window on crash…
Worked earlier today for two matches, then i played with RTX Reflections from Low To High, as soon as i set high it crashed instantly and now back to the same issue…
