Issue Description:
The Game’s performance suffers from unsteady frametimes and therefrom hitching independent of
graphics setting or computer performance.
It’s not really an fps issue because fps are fine for the most part (50s to 90s), while frametimes are not.
I have a video linked of someone who has the exact same issues.
Attempted Solutions:
I have tried on an AMD RX 6650 XT and on an Nvidia GTX 1070 on all different graphics settings.
The problem persists even on a RTX 4090 if I can trust the uploader of the video that I linked.
