Sorry to hear this. Firstly, you’ll want to perform a clean re-installation of Darktide, removing your local save data too. This will remove any custom bindings/settings/loadouts however. You can remove your local save data by:

  1. On Home, select My games & apps.
  2. Highlight the game, press the Menu  button on your controller, then select Manage game & add-ons.
  3. Select the Saved data box, then choose the item you want to delete.
