Fire trail and Fire Bomb Changes

These have both been reported, but I was wondering if it would be possible to get an answer as to whether these changes are intended or unintended as far as the damage changes.

Fire bomb is doing about 1/3 of original damage while fire trail is doing way, way more damage than it used to.

They are the result of another change, but we didn’t intend to nerf or buff either of these. We’re on the case!
