You still have to take the more ammo talent to get shocktroop which is stupid. The ammo node and the suppression immunity node should be switched around.
They nerfed lot of passives and switched them into actives/keystones. especially with introduction of keystones.
- 50% toughness on elite kill
- 50% weakspot with ulti activation
- 15% Rendering
- 25% melee attack speed
- 20% Dmg on ulti activation for 5 seconds
- 20% elite weakspot damage
all of that went into keystones

yes, those are not coming back, this is why i keep saying exe stance is still a joke by the way
but compared to patch 15 this buff is huge, they solved taxes, by leaving all the tax perks there, by giving you the choice to avoid them lol
you can complete a build now, and have points to spare
