From my personal experience i am running out of plasteel faster than diamantine when i am crafting/consencrating
An increase of plasteel amount received could be a improvement
Imo they should change rewards for mission modifiers or scriptures & grims to be a plasteel or/& diamentium not the ordo dockets.
Btw. I also have the same isues with consecrating , having more diamentium than plasteel feels weird 
they just didnt balance those things whern they added it to game ;/
