I have a 7800 XT GPU, 7600x CPU, DDR5 CL30 6000MHz RAM.
I have no ray-tracing on at all. I have pretty much everything but textures on medium as well as FSR 2.0 on Quality.
No matter what I do whether I have HAGs on or off with Win 11, turning everything to low or high I ALWAYS get inconsistent frame times and FPS where its literally jumping from 80-100 FPS every half-second and the frame times go from 10-17 ms.
I have searched and done the regular stuff like disabling steam overlay, and other processes that might interfere even just changing windowed mode as that sometimes causes issues but nothing seems to help.
If anyone needs a video to understand what I mean I will provide one when I can.
