Issue Description:
Less of a bug and more of an oversight. Executor, the blessing for the Catachan Blade works off repeated weak spot hit, but it appears to count the hits caused by bleed as non-weakspot hits, constantly resetting the buff Executor provides.
Steps to Reproduce:
Use any bleed inducing blessing, passive, etc and a Catachan blade with Executor.
