**Issue Description: Tested in the meat grinder, it seems the dagger applies bleed, that then procs bleed from lacerate, that then procs the daggers bleed. one hit on any mob stacks 30 bleed stacks until it dies.
**Steps to Reproduce: Get Catachan Combat Blade (Dagger) with Lacerate Trait. Go to meat grinder and hit enemy once. It starts to stack riddiculous amount of bleed stacks that melt even Crusher in like few seconds. One hit stacks like 30 bleed stacks and it’s super OP right now. Definitely bug
