The problem itself is that both blessings have no “no” condition. If your playing as a Zealot, the Haymaker blessing can be procced by the bleed stacks from the skilled talent. No need for the Lacerate blessing either. For the Lacerate its the third topic already, one I did myself.
Edit: You can also apply the Lacerate bleed by simple Pushing mobs. You do not even need to hit them with a proper attack.
If you play as the psyker, you can apply the bleed at range using the surge staff at no risk to yourself. Simply switch to the knife (with lacerate, of course) while casting lightning. This will cancel the cast, but will (usually) apply the bleed.
Shoot, dunno how I didn’t notice the previous Lacerate reports. Hopefully it’s still helpful information for the devs. I did also notice that pushing procs Lacerate and the Haymaker proccing on the bleed ticks was pretty wild.
One other point of note that should probably be its own bug report (likely already is - will check later) is that if I enter the Meat Grinder with this setup, it replicates it. But if I change my ranged weapon, it stops Lacerate or Haymaker from functioning at all. I have to switch off the weapon, exit the crate UI, then re-enter it and put the knife back on for the traits to function, again.
