Issue Description:
As per the title, bleed of the lacerate perk is stacking instead of decaying. It starts low and increases over time.
Steps to Reproduce:
Use a weapon with the ‘lacerate’ trait and attack or stagger any mob.
Context:
- The knife has the Lacerate perk
- I had the ‘Bloodletting’ talent equipped, however it seems to work fine, decaying as expected.
