Issue Description:
“Unable to perform operation error” when trying to refine a second perk on Curio
Steps to Reproduce:
Talk to Hadron and click button to Entreat Hadron
Select an unequipped Curio (I’ve tried with 3 different Curios)
Click the Refine Item button
Select a perk to change
Select an available perk from the list
Click the Refine button
Receive aforementioned error and the Refine button becomes greyed-out

I’ve tried multiple curios. Restarting the client does not resolve issue either.
