Unable to perform action when refining a similiar perk on another item

Issue Description:
I am unable to refine a experience boost trait on another trinket after doing it to another trait on a trinket and I want them off because they are on level 30 character

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have 2 trinkets with the same trait, in this case 6% Experience Boost
  2. Refine an item
  3. Attempt to Refine other item
  4. Unable to perform action
