Issue Description:
around 10 seconds after loading into the Mourningstar, I will be booted back to the character select screen with “Error Code: 2014”.

This is an error we’re aware of and looking in to but regrettably I have no ETA as to when this will be resolved. I understand this is disappointing, and I’m happy to help with a refund should you rather take that option?
