Error 3013 upon selecting character

Hi, my friend is having issues logging into darktide, they make it to the character selection screen and then get the error 3013, we have tried all the recommended steps on the network troubleshooting post and cant seem to get anywhere, my friend has many hours ingame and has never just been stopped from entering the lobby before, has made no changes to pc hardware or network hardware. Was wondering if there was anything else worth trying?

If possible, can they try switching to a mobile data connection and checking if the error persists? This can help to determine if the issue is network/ISP-related.

Okay well they booted it up yesterday and it was suddenly working absolutely fine, assuming it was an isp issue that got solved somehow, thanks for your suggestion anyway :slight_smile:
