Issue Description (Required):
I purchased the game Warhammer 40,000: Darktide on Steam in March 2026 and played it normally for about a month without using any VPN or network accelerator.However, since April 17, I have been unable to enter the game. After logging in and selecting a character, I consistently get error 3013 (unable to connect to server). As of April 22, I have tried logging in every day, and the result is always the same.
Attempted Solutions (Optional):
1.My network setup (IP/DNS) and operating system have not changed. Other online games work normally.
2.I have verified the game files via Steam, and also tried switching Steam download regions.
3.I have never modified the hosts file, and I did not use any VPN or accelerator while the game was working normally.
4.I have never installed any mods; the game is completely vanilla.
5.I deleted the Darktide AppData folder and restarted both my network and the game.
6.I cleared DNS cache and rebooted, but it did not help.
7.In the log, I found the error: MultiplayerSessionBootError: failed_found_no_lobby.
8.My region is China, my ISP is China Unicom, and the game connects me to Singapore servers by default.
9.Even when using a network accelerator, I still get stuck at character selection with error 3013.
10.The wired network switch to mobile hotspot is also ineffective.
11.I’m not sure if there are other issues in the logs, but none of the above attempts have worked.
