i dread the day the rating locks are removed, just make that day come faster please it will be less painful.

Buy a weapon you want, level it up, be happy, stop caring that you’re missing 1% damage on an attack, it won’t make you a better player.

380 cap? why? modifiers don’t go above 80? why? none of their previous games had this? why? they made this to tick ME off specifically
