Issue Summary:
Enemies just appear out of nowhere in dangerous proximity to the players. I noticed this periodically: after killing all the opponents in the room, behind one of my friends there appeared another enemy, which was definitely not there a second ago. Most often these were ordinary rats or fanatics. But now it happens even with whole packs of elite opponents.
