Issue Description: At Random when joining a lobby a “Empty_Ticket” error occurs
To reproduce:
Select mission
Wait and see if it occurs.
Platform: Steam
issue occurred around 11:20 AM EST
it’s rate of occurrence is Rare/low but have saw other posts dealing with the empty ticket error.
