Issue Description:
The match does not start due to an error and can’t be cancelled during search

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the mission terminal
  2. Select any mission or ‘Quickplay’ and press on ‘Play’
  3. Wait till the match starts
  4. Press “Reconnect”
  5. Select any mission or ‘Quickplay’ and press on ‘Play’
  6. Press on “F10” button to cancel the match

Actual Result:
After step 3: The error occurs (Failed joining server: empty_ticket) and the match does not start
After step 6: The match search is not cancelled

Note:
Game/PC restart does not solve the problem

Upload Console Log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs
  4. Locate the console log that corresponds with the session in which the issue occurred, by looking at the timestamps in the log names
  5. Upload here

Upload darktide_launcher.log:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’

Sounds similar to another reported issue: Cannot cancel mission queue with F10 - #4 by HunchoQueso

EDIT: I think this is the same as a bug reported in tech support that’s been acknowledged/being worked on: Matchmaking is taking forever - or empty_ticket error

Yes, this has been acknowledged in the Tech Support thread Matchmaking is taking forever - or empty_ticket error

Just as an FYI the Technical Support forum should be used for reports like this, bugs is more for in game glitches not game breaking server errors.
