recently updated my internet to ee fibre. smart hub, this is the only game in my library I can not connect to games or friends anymore? there is a few posts out there who are having the same issue? has any solution come of this? I spoke to EE they say the more people that start ringing this connection problem through they would eventually speak to you in regards? has anything been resolved?

There certainly seems to be a correlation between EE and the Connection Timeout error.
We’ve done all we physically can to improve the routing in our backend after Deutsche Telekom players had similar issues some months back.
I’d recommend that you continue to press the issue with EE and request an escalation, as something is definitely up on their end. Be sure to reference our server address URL, which is https://5107.playfabapi.com/.
