Connection Timeout PC Windows

Hello Friendly Forum People

I have an issue, i cant join friends games nor can they join me. It says CONNECTION TIMEOUT after it presumably times out. If i quickplay eventually it does find a game after a while of searching and if i tether it to a mobile device i can join their games no issue. UPnP is enabled on my EE smart router. I have tried a number of solutions as listed on https://support.fatshark.se/hc/en-us/articles/360034654113--PC-How-to-Resolve-SIGN-IN-TIMEOUT-COULDNT-CONNECT-CONNECTION-TIMEOUT-COULDNT-RESOLVE-HOST-Errors-
Does anyone have a solution for this so i can join frinds thx I noticed elsewhere people talking about contacting the provider. Hopefully there is an easier solution however if this is needed what will they need to know and what should i be asking them pls

Please contact your ISP and explain that you are unable to establish a connection to https://5107.playfabapi.com/, which is the URL to our server address. They should hopefully be able to identify the issue.
