Does anyone keep having problems with the games voice chat, and text chat not working? Like completely

My voice chat and my text chat stop working whenever I open the game. And it happens a lot. I can’t text, or speak. And whenever I try to go into my voice chat, which is on push to talk by the way, it crashes. When I open it up again, the text chat is just a black box I can text into…but doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t send anything either. If I am able to figure out a way to replicate I will and update this thread. I am just wanting to talk and text my fellow Rejects. That’s all. And it happens quite a lot. I now know it is a known issue. Any way to help would be greatly appreciated!!
