No matter if I restart the game, I cannot send chat messages or use voice chat.
I’ve tried restarting the game, and that doesn’t work; after a day or two, it might allow me to use chat again, but the next day, it will disable it once more. No idea what is causing it.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
I cannot tell you what happened. It says I joined the Morningstar channel, but I cannot use or receive chat or VC.
