Dodging with overcharge slowdown makes you slide for a short distance after dodge

Issue Summary: Title. When overcharge slowdown kicks in, your dodges (which are already shortened due to overcharge iirc) make you slide for about half a second to a second after the dodge. Don’t know if that is intended or not, but it essentially makes your dodge take alot longer and takes away control from your hero, since the slide is very slow and feels “off”.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Have overcharge slowdown
  2. Dodge
    3.Slide

Reproduction Rate (Choose One):
Once
Rare (< 10%)
Unusual (< 25%)
Common (< 50%)
Often (< 75%)
Constant (100%)
