Dodge + slide = 2 dodges (not sure if intended)

Issue Description:
Dodging and sliding as used alot to gain distance to shooters counts as 2 dodges. As many weapons yield 3-5 dodges this gives you effectively to do 2 dodgeslides before cool down.

This was already nerfed hugely along with the dodge cooldown. Iā€™m already putting things like combat knives and sabers near the trash tier with the recent elite numbers increase and the still bad hit reg. Lets not gut what little they have left. The dodge slide they can do now is literally nothing compared to the one on launch. You could use it off a platform and skeet half the smelter complex.
