Disrupt destiny is too selective

Keystone “Disrupt destiny” is too selective now. I’ve played with him enough to definitely say that this keystone does not mark ordinary poxwalkers in any way, also i never see marked mutants, bombers, snipers, ogryns of any type, poxhounds. Often see marked dregs, gunners.

The description does not say that only a strictly defined type of enemies can be marked. So i decided that it is a bug.

This keystone is hard enought to channeling (because marked enemies can be behind the wall or just simply run and try to hide).
P.S. in first iteration of this post i say that groaners is often see as marked - thats incorrect because i just mix up enemies (im not from europe, and play on other language)
